water, solid waste, and air pollution control technologies.
But we specialize in water and wastewater processes that
use high purity oxygen or ozone gases, like UNOX or OASES
Systems. We provide cost effective, unbiased, expert engineering
expertise for all oxygen/ozone wastewater and water treatment
processes. Our technical capabilities are supported by state-of-the-art
computer aided engineering tools that are unrivaled in the
marketplace. We can work directly with UNOX/OASES plant
owners, or as a subconsultant to other consulting engineering
organizations.
Engineering
DWG Associates has capabilities that run the gamut
from simple pilot plant programs or process design reviews
to complete oxygen/ozone system project designs that include
process, mechanical, and control system design, specification
and drawing preparation, O&M manual preparation, equipment
startup assistance, and operator training.
Field Service
DWG Associates offers a complete range of UNOX/OASES
plant service capabilities including process troubleshooting,
process optimization and operating cost reduction, instrument
and control system analysis, plant capacity determinations,
cryo, PSA, and VSA/VPSA turn-arounds and tune-ups, value
engineering, and safety analyses.
Training
DWG Associates develops customized process training
programs specifically designed for operators of high purity
oxygen wastewater plants. These programs are developed to
provide an in-depth understanding of the critical operating
parameters that govern the economic operation of UNOX/OASES
plants. All programs are developed to address the unique
needs of the personnel being trained, can be conducted either
on or off site, are taught by experts who invented the HPO
technology, and are the most comprehensive and cost effective
high purity oxygen system training available.
